Nach dem der Entschluss, durch unseren Vorstand gefasst war: Wir machen unser erstes Family & Friends Glücksmomente Sommerfest, hieß es „Leinen los“ und kopfüber in die Organisationsarbeit. Und wie es bei jeder guten Party so ist, hielt die Orga bis zur letzten Sekunde an!

Und dann kam der spannende Moment… die Uhr schlug 11 Uhr und bei uns stieg die Spannung „Wer kommt?“, „Kommt überhaupt irgendwer?“ Und ganz schnell wich unsere, naja vielleicht doch Anspannung… WEIL, IHR KAMT! Und das in Scharen!

Am Ende haben wir ca. 250 Gäste gezählt. Und das ist für uns ein voller Erfolg!

1. Glücksmomente Family & Friends Sommerfest am Sonntag, den 31. August.

Glücksmomente Sommerfest

Reit-, Voltigier und Bodenarbeitsabzeichen für ALLE

Prüfung in Theorie & Praxis

Über Wochen haben unsere Kids und Jugendlichen für Ihr Reit-, Voltigier- oder Bodenarbeitsabzeichen geübt. „Gebüffelt“ wurde sowohl in der Praxis als auch in der Theorie!

Und dann stand der große Tag der Prüfungen an!

Vorweggenommen, in den Jahren, ist es uns immer gelungen ein offizielles Reitabzeichen der FN (Deutsche Reiterliche Vereinigung) durchzuführen. Dafür bedarf es aber sowohl in der Disziplin „Reiten“ als auch „Voltigieren“ eines offiziellen Trainers mit der Trainer C-Lizenz, die dann an dem Tag bei unseren Kids und Jugendlichen die Prüfung abnimmt.
Und daran wäre es in diesem Jahr beinahe gescheitert. Denn es gibt immer weniger Trainer, die über diese Lizenz verfügen, weil sie alle zwei Jahre erneuert werden muss.

Aber eine Absage, dieser so tollen und auch so wichtigen Prüfung für unsere Kids und Jugendlichen war KEINE Option und deshalb, habe ich kurzerhand die Rolle der Prüferin übernommen und wir haben ein kleines Reit- und Voltigierabzeichen in Anlehnung an das FN Reitabzeichen 10, ein großes Reit- und Voltigierabzeichen in Anlehnung an das FN Reitabzeichen 9 und ein Bodenarbeitsabzeichen durchgeführt.
Hierfür gab es dann auch speziell designte Urkunden!

Und was soll ich sagen… das war ein tolles Erlebnis!

Und alle Kids und Jugendlichen waren top vorbereitet! Dafür gilt ein großer Dank den Reitpädagoginnen!

Besonders stolz können aber die Kids und Jugendlichen auf sich sein, die trotz der Aufregung einer Prüfungssituation und mir als fremder Prüfperson, alle ihre Prüfung mit Bravour bestanden haben… und das sowohl in der Praxis als auch in der Theorie!

Am Ende haben wir dann den Tag gemeinsam mit den Kids und Jugendlichen, den Reitpädagoginnen, den Betreuer*innen, einigen Eltern oder auch Großeltern bei einem schmackhaften Grillen und kühlen Getränken ausklingen lassen.

Auf Grund einer finanziell guten Lage unseres Vereins, war es uns möglich, dass Event für die Kids und Jugendlichen zu finanzieren.
Hierfür gilt unser großer Dank von Herzen unseren Spenderinnen und Spendern. Ohne euch wäre das nicht möglich!

Wanderritt mit Übernachtung

Was darf einmal im Jahr nicht fehlen? Na klar – der Wanderritt, und zwar mit Übernachtung! Auch in diesem Jahr stand dieser natürlich wieder auf dem Plan und dank einer guten Spendenlage konnten wir diesen für die Kids vom Vinzenzwerk Handorf e. V. finanzieren.

Am 17.05.2025 hieß es „I‘m riding free…“. Aber natürlich erst nachdem alle Pferde geputzt und für den Ausritt fertig gemacht waren. Dann ging es los auf das nahe gelegenen, stillgelegte Bundeswehrgelände. Der Ritt dorthin führt durch ein großartiges Waldgebiet. Dort angekommen, konnten sich die Pferde im großen Wasserloch erfrischen und auch ein wenig planschen, wie ein Seepferdchen und für die Kids und die Betreuer gab es auch eine Erfrischung und einen kleinen Picknick-Snack.

Wieder am Vinzenzwerk Handorf angekommen, wurde sich zuerst einmal um die Pferde gekümmert. Sie wurden abgesattelt, geputzt, getränkt und gefüttert und dann natürlich zurück auf ihren Paddock gebracht.

Danach hieß es noch einmal „erst die Arbeit und dann das Vergnügen“ für die Kids, denn sie mussten ihre Zelte für die Nacht in der Reithalle aufbauen.

Und natürlich hatten alle nach dem Ausritt und der Arbeit am Stall einen Bären-Hunger. Wie so oft, hatten die wunderbaren Hauswirtschafterinnen des Vinzenzwerks Handorf e. V., für die Kids ein schmackhaftes Grillbuffet aufgebaut, was dann gemeinsam frisch gegrillt werden konnte. Natürlich fehlte es auch nicht an einem leckeren Salat und gekühlten Getränken.

Nach dem Essen haben die Kids und die Betreuer dann noch einige Zeit gemeinsam am Grill-Lagerfeuer verbracht und sich „Lagerfeuergeschichten“ erzählt und den Tag Revue passieren lassen.

Nach so viel Aktion waren dann aber auch alle ganz schön erschöpft und happy, dass es dann hieß „ab in die Schlafsäcke“. In der Nacht haben alle tief und fest geschlummert.

Bis dann am nächsten Morgen allen der Magen zum Frühstück knurrte. Aber bevor es Frühstück für die Kids und die Betreuer gab, wurden erst die Pferde von allen mit frischem Heu versorgt.

Und dann gab es ein gelungenes, abschließendes gemeinsames Frühstück!

Wir bedanken uns von Herzen bei allen Spendern*innen, dass wir den Kids auch solche Events ermöglichen können!

Auktion für den guten Zweck und von allen Besuchern noch etwas obendrauf – Hengstschau der „Hengststation Schult“ in Hünxe

Was ein toller Nachmittag! Was ein toller Abend!

Bevor wir berichten, was genau bei der Hengstschau der „Hengststation Schult“ in Hünxe so passiert ist, möchte ich, Britta Cordes, mich einmal ganz herzlich bei meinen Freunden Caro Heinze und Tobias Schult bedanken.
Ihr habt mir den ganzen Tag bis in den Abend hinein, die Möglichkeit gegeben unseren Verein „Glücksmomente = Kids + Pferd e.V.“ und die Arbeit, die wir leisten zu präsentieren. Ich bin mit Besuchern, euren Kunden, Freunden und Familie ins Gespräch gekommen. Es war eine wunderbare, leichte Atmosphäre!

Und nun von vorne… bzw. Nein, doch nochmal hinten angefangen…

Am Ende lautete die Spendensumme fantastische 3.412, – €!

Und jetzt wirklich von Anfang…
Im Rahmen der alljährlichen Hengstschau der „Hengststation Schult“ in Hünxe, haben sich Tobias und Caro überlegt, dass sie einen Freisprung nach Wahl eines ihrer Stationshengste zu unseren Gunsten versteigern. Und die Auktion lief einfach wie am Schnürchen. 2.000, – € lautete das Zuschlagsgebot.

Von mir gab es, als ich ein paar Worte an alle Zuschauer richten durfte, nicht nur ein großes Danke an den Klosterhof Medingen, hier Christoph Wahler, der den Freisprung ersteigert hat, sondern auch noch ein paar Tränen der Rührung obendrauf, denn Caro und Tobias hatten als Überraschung für mich, einen tollen Film über unseren Verein und unsere Arbeit erstellen lassen, den ich zuvor nie gesehen hatte.

Nach erfolgreicher Hengstschau waren dann alle Besucher mit im Boot und haben mich mit der Spendenbox am Ausgang nochmal richtig unterstützt. Bis in den späten Abend während der Party hinein wurde immer wieder nach der Spendenbox verlangt. Und beim Zählen am nächsten Morgen konnte ich mein Glück kaum fassen. Weitere 1.412, – €.

Fangemeinschaft Preußen Münster feiert und spendet 6.500, – €

Was für eine unglaubliche Summe… 6.500, – € spendet im Januar 2025 die „Fangemeinschaft Preußen Münster“ an unseren Verein „Glücksmomente = Kids + Pferd e. V.“

Die Summe resultiert, zum einen, aus der Tombola, welche es im Zweijahres-Rhythmus, beim jährlich stattfindenden Neujahrsempfang der Fangemeinschaft Preußen Münster, gibt. Für die Tombola zeichnet Christoph Nientiedt verantwortlich. Er hatte auch die Idee, die Spende in diesem Jahr an uns zu richten. Für die attraktiven Sachpreise, für die Unternehmen aus der Region verantwortlich zeichnen, konnten die rund 100 anwesenden Fans am Abend des Neujahrsempfangs Lose kaufen.

Ein weiterer Teil der Summe resultiert aus dem Schlüsselband-Verkauf an Heimspieltagen. Außerdem hat uns die Fangemeinschaft zu Ihrem Neujahrsempfang eingeladen. Somit kamen Frank Möllers und Frank Menningen an dem Abend auch mit den Fans ins Gespräch und konnten von unserer Arbeit im Verein „Glücksmomente = Kids + Pferd e. V.“ berichten.

Und in der zweiten Januar Woche 2025 kamen dann Torben Maunz und Christoph Nientied von der Fangemeinschaft Preußen Münster bei uns am Vinzenzwerk Handorf e. V. vorbei und haben uns diese großzügige Spende übergeben. Trotz der kühlen Januar Temperaturen ist uns richtig warm ums Herz geworden.

Genau so und nicht anders, lautet jedes Jahr die Reihenfolge der Weihnachtslieder, die seit vielen Jahren traditionell um 12 Uhr am 24. Dezember vor dem historischen Rathaus zu Münster gesungen werden.

Und neben dem gemeinschaftlichen Singen von vielen Menschen, die bereits über viele Jahre immer wieder kommen, aber auch immer wieder neuen Gesichtern, gibt es immer einen karitativen Zweck für den mit einer Spendenbox, Spenden gesammelt werden. Im Jahr 2024 haben alle für unseren Verein „Glücksmomente = Kids + Pferd e.V.“ gesungen und gespendet. Neben der so großartigen weihnachtlichen Stimmung mit dem gemeinsamen Singen, lautetet das fantastische Spendenergebnis am Ende:

Weihnachtsfeier 2024

HOHOHO… es weihnachtet sehr!

Die Weihnachtsfeier vom Bereich der Heilpädagogischen Förderung mit dem Pferd im Vinzenzwerk Handorf e. V.

Was wäre die Adventszeit und die damit verbundene vorweihnachtliche Stimmung ohne eine gemeinsame Weihnachtsfeier… Genau… GAR NICHTS! Und deshalb gab es natürlich auch im Bereich der Heilpädagogischen Förderung mit dem Pferd im Vinzenzwerk Handorf e. V. eine Weihnachtsfeier.

Ein bunter Nachmittag stand für ca. 20 Kids und Jugendliche, ihre Betreuer und natürlich unsere Reitpädagoginnen, auf dem Programm. Es gab verschiedene Spiel- und Bastelangebote bei weihnachtlicher Musik in unserer festlich geschmückten Reithalle.

Für das leibliche Wohl wurde natürlich auch klassisch weihnachtlich gesorgt: Warmer Kakao und Kinderpunsch zum Aufwärmen und leckere, frische, selbstgebackene Waffeln und selbstgebackene Kekse warteten darauf getrunken und verspeist zu werden.

Es war für alle eine schöne Weihnachtsfeier, die die Vorfreude und positive Aufregung auf das Weihnachtsfest selbst, noch einmal erhöht hat.

Wir bedanken uns bei den Reitpädagoginnen vom Vinzenzwerk Handorf e. V. für die tolle Organisation. Und bei unseren Spendern*innen – ohne EURE Unterstützung wäre eine Weihnachtsfeier in diesem Rahmen nicht möglich!

SIENA GARDEN unterstützt Herzensprojekt mit großer Spende

Der Gesellschafterkreis der Firma SIENA GARDEN GmbH & Co. KG unterstützt den neuen Förderverein „Glücksmomente = Kids + Pferd e. V. – Heilpädagogische Förderung mit dem Pferd im Vinzenzwerk Handorf e. V.“ mit einer großzügigen Spende von 20.000 €. Hierfür überreichte Robert Naumann (als Geschäftsführer der H. Gautzsch Firmengruppe und verantwortlich für die Marke „SIENA GARDEN“) Britta Cordes (Vorstandvorsitzende) und Frank Möllers (stellv. Vorsitzender) den Spendencheck an den Förderverein, welcher seinen Sitz im Vinzenzwerk Handorf e. V. hat. „Aber vollkommen selbstständig und losgelöst vom Vinzenzwerk Handorf e. V. arbeitet“, wie Britta Cordes ausführte.

Neuer Förderverein „Glücksmomente“ gegründet

In der letzten Woche hat sich in den Räumen hier in Handorf ein neuer Förderverein gegründet, der Kindern und Jugendlichen im Vinzenzwerk ein selbstbestimmtes Leben ermöglichen möchte, indem er ihnen die Teilnahme an der Heilpädagogischen Förderung mit dem Pferd finanziert.

Diese anerkannte Therapiemaßnahme lässt sich leider oft nicht refinanzieren, da Krankenkassen und Jugendämter oft keine Mittel dafür zur Verfügung stellen. Und genau in diesen Momenten soll der Förderverein einspringen.

Die Tiere nehmen die Kinder und Jugendlichen beim Kontakt vorurteilsfrei an und die Stunden mit den Tieren stärken das Selbstvertrauen, die Wahrnehmung und die Motorik der Kinder.

Dem neuen Vereinsvorstand gehören neben der Vorsitzenden Britta Cordes auch Frank Möllers (stellvertretender Vorsitzender), Schatzmeister Frank Menningen und für die praktische heilpädagogische Arbeit Janina Schleese an.
